Business Development Associate

Crossbridge Global Partners, Inc. is recruiting a Business Development Associate with excellent communication and selling skills to join our rapidly growing business. The Business Development Associate supports the business’s growth while simultaneously maintaining its culture and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably inside sales
  • High energy and passion for the job
  • Positive attitude with willingness to get beyond comfort zone to grow professionally
  • Excellent English verbal and written
  • Flexible and creative
  • Tech-Savvy a plus
  • Have some experience using a CRM

You will:

  • Develop new business by prospecting, lead generation, cold calling and scheduling sales meetings
  • Align company services and value proposition through meaningful cold calls to Senior IT Executives, Directors and managers
  • Deliver against set goals and metrics
  • Manage inbound leads by maintaining detailed notes and consistent follow ups
  • Run dripify email campaigns for potential leads
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on workflow understanding
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Perform other duties as assigned
