Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding prospective companies to closing their business 
  • Present to prospective accounts using Linkedin, Rocketreach, Dripify, and past books of business to sell

Manage general operations of the tech hub

  • Be a central part of the near-shore strategy – build, develop and align strategic goals with the CTO and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure all operations of the office, employees and general business undertakings are managed to a high standard and appropriately for Mexico
  • Lead strategic planning to develop priority areas and work plans. Ensure that the team delivers on its ambitious strategy and be transparent in communication where activities are not on track
  • Own the office set up for phase 1 and phase 2
